Your best for Him

When I was a teacher, if I spent too much time thinking about how to please every parent of every child I would make myself crazy. There was NO WAY I could please every parent with every activity or assignment I planned. Now that I’m a writer, if I start worrying about reviews or how my story compares to someone else’s, it will shut me down. But when I pray, “God, let me do my best today for You,” I can work free of worries or craziness. He is always pleased when I do my best, even if my best flops by the world’s standards. And I am so grateful for His unconditional love!
