Reflect our faithfulness

I remember having a “talk” with a student who was intellectually gifted but very lazy about his lack of work ethic. Essentially, I expressed that to whom is given much, much is expected; his performance was not acceptable because he was capable of much, much more. So it could be said for those of who who claim to be Christ-followers. If we profess Jesus as Lord, then there needs to be follow-through. There should be fruit. Those who observe should know, by our words and deeds, that we are love. God expects His children to behave as if they know, respect, and honor Him. If we say we have faith, then we must reflect our faithfulness.
