Remember the song from the ’70s, “…they will know we are Christian by our love…”? There is nothing wrong with righteous anger. When sin runs rampant and wrongs prevail, it can stir anger in our souls. Often anger gives way to harsh words and treatment. That’s where we have to exercise caution. The Bible advises us to be angry but sin not. God knows we are human and we will experience anger. But we need to control our actions and reactions. Remembering the sinner is lost and in need of grace can help guide our reactions and prevent anger from directing us. Ask God to help you love with His love when yours is gone. He is quick to answer our pleas for help.
